Basic elements for simulation of motor vehicle's driving motion
The simulation of motor vehicle's driving motions by a computer-model is useful for accident-analytical examinations. The paper describes the basical theories of the computer-model for all driving elements, especially the examinations for forces and the forming of the equation for the instantaneous acceleration of the motor vehicle. The study shows the possibilities for estimation the simulation-steps and the controlling of the computation. The model's exactnes is shown by the starting process of a motor car BMW 318i. The simulation is illustrated for a roadway-part with an extention of 5 km end by assuming the possible elements of driving motion.
