Parameter
Parameter werden in TeX grundsätzlich in geschweifte Klammern gesetzt, z. B.
Code | Ergebnis |
---|---|
x^{a+b} | [math]\displaystyle{ x^{a+b} }[/math] |
\overline{AB} | [math]\displaystyle{ \overline{AB} }[/math] |
\frac{x+y}{xy} | [math]\displaystyle{ \frac{x+y}{xy} }[/math] |
- A \xrightarrow[\text{unten}]{\text{oben}} B um [math]\displaystyle{ A \xrightarrow[\text{unten}]{\text{oben}} B }[/math] zu erzeugen.
Code | Ergebnis |
---|---|
x^a | [math]\displaystyle{ x^a }[/math] |
\overline A | [math]\displaystyle{ \overline A }[/math] |
\frac{x+y}2 | [math]\displaystyle{ \frac{x+y}2 }[/math] |
\frac 12 oder auch \frac 1 2 |
[math]\displaystyle{ \frac 12 }[/math] |
Code | Ergebnis |
---|---|
x_\mathrm{max} | [math]\displaystyle{ x_\mathrm{max} }[/math] |
Komma als Dezimaltrennzeichen
Zahl mit Komma (richtig) | 3{,}14 | [math]\displaystyle{ 3{,}14\, }[/math] |
Zahl mit Komma (falsch) | 3,14 | [math]\displaystyle{ 3,14\, }[/math] |
Abgesetzte Formeln

Spitze Klammern (richtig) | \langle x,y \rangle | [math]\displaystyle{ \langle x,y \rangle\, }[/math] |
Spitze Klammern (falsch) | <x,y> | [math]\displaystyle{ \lt x,y\gt \, }[/math] |
- \left( \frac{x+2}{x^3+7} \right\rangle
- [math]\displaystyle{ \left( \frac{x+2}{x^3+7} \right\rangle }[/math]
B. \left( Ausdruck \right), oder \left\{ Ausdruck \right\}. \right.
- \left. \frac{\partial V}{\partial x} \right\rbrace
- [math]\displaystyle{ \left. \frac{\partial V}{\partial x} \right\rbrace }[/math]
\right.

Intervalle
Für Intervalle sind verschiedene Schreibweisen gebräuchlich.
Darzustellen | Syntax | gerendert |
---|---|---|
geschlossenes Intervall | [a,b] | [math]\displaystyle{ [a,b] }[/math] |
offenes Intervall | (a,b) {]a,b[} |

halboffenes Intervall | [a,b) {[a,b[} |
[math]\displaystyle{ [a,b) }[/math] [math]\displaystyle{ {[a,b[} }[/math] |

---|---|---|---|
2 quad | a \qquad b | 2 quad | [math]\displaystyle{ a \qquad b }[/math] |
1 quad | a \quad b | 1 quad | [math]\displaystyle{ a \quad b }[/math] |
normaler Textabstand | a\ b | ? | [math]\displaystyle{ a\ b }[/math] |
großer Zwischenraum | a\;b | 5/18 quad | [math]\displaystyle{ a\;b }[/math] |
kleiner Zwischenraum | a\,b | 3/18 quad | [math]\displaystyle{ a\,b }[/math] |
kein Zwischenraum | ab | 0 quad | [math]\displaystyle{ ab\, }[/math] |
kleiner negativer Zwischenraum | a\!b | −3/18 quad | [math]\displaystyle{ a\!b }[/math] |
Vertikale Ausrichtung
Durch den CSS-Default
img.tex { vertical-align: middle; }
wird eine Formel wie [math]\displaystyle{ \sum_{i=-N}^N \sin(i) }[/math] vertikal zentriert ausgerichtet.
Farben
Gleichungen können auch Farben enthalten:
{ \color{Blue}x^2 } + { \color{Brown} 2x } - { \color{OliveGreen} 1 } | [math]\displaystyle{ { \color{Blue}x^2 } + { \color{Brown} 2x } - { \color{OliveGreen} 1 } }[/math] |
x_{1,2} = \frac{ -b \pm \sqrt{ \color{Red} b^2-4ac } }{2a} | [math]\displaystyle{ x_{1,2} = \frac{ -b \pm \sqrt{ \color{Red} b^2-4ac } }{2a} }[/math] |
<math style="border: 1px blue; border-style: dashed; padding: 1em;">a^2+b^2=c^2</math> ergibt
[math]\displaystyle{ a^2+b^2=c^2 }[/math]
