Situation: Der Umfang an Veröffentlichungen von Service Informationen nimmt immer mehr zu:
- gestern: ca. 3000 Seiten
- heute: ca. 6000 Seiten
- morgen: ca. 9000 Seiten
Hinzu kommt eine Zunahme der verwendeten Sprachen von ehemals 9 Sprachen auf ca. 14-16 Sprachen. Zusätzlich verschärft wird die Situation durch
- Ausbildungsdefizite
- Zunahme der Schwierigkeit von mechanischen und besonders von elektrisch/elektronischen Systemen
- neue und schwierige Märkte
Schlußfolgerungen: Die Information muß aufbereitet und zugänglicher werden, damit sie überschaubar und verständlich bleibt, schnell und situationsbezogen gefunden werden kann.
Außerdem ist für Problemfälle direkte Hilfestellung durch Kundendienst erforderlich.
Realisierung:
Zukunftsgestaltung mit 4 Schwerpunkten:
- Service Literatur in Werkstatt PC bereitstellen
- Diagnosekonzept erweitern und an Werkstatt PC anbinden
- Problemfälle über zentrale Auskunftei registrieren, analysieren und lösen
- Alle vorhandenen und geplanten Informations- und Diagnosesysteme in eine umfassendes Service Informations- und Dokumentationssystem (SCDS) integrieren.
