Die Änderungen in der Tachografengesetzgebung im Zusammenhang mit neuen Technologien wie „funkgestützte sicherheitsrelevante und private Dienste” (DSRC), globales satellitengestütztes Navigationssystem (GNSS), intelligente Transportsysteme (ITS) und deren Sicherheitsanforderungen bringen leider nicht die erhofften Verbesserungen für die Belange der Verkehrsunfallanalyse. Es besteht aber noch die Möglichkeit, auf den Inhalt des technischen Anhangs Einfluss zu nehmen.

The changes in the tachograph legislation in connection with new technologies like Dedicated Short Range Communication (DSRC), Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and their security requirements do not bring the hoped-for improvements for the needs of traffic accident analysis. But there is still the possibility to influence the content of the technical annex.
