Characteristic curves of measuring of cinematic variables for start off and running out of motor vehicles are alone available in the case of equal conditions for the reconstruction of traffic accidents. Differing conditions require the conversion by means of the traction forces or the engine- or the gear transmission-resistance-forces. The determination of the momentan acceleration a(v) and of the forces F(v) from measurements or from characteristic curves of the variables: time, way, and speed is available by the polynomic equation of p-th degree and by application of the differential-quotient of the translation and by application of the deterministic and the stochastic »polynomic-sliding-technology« and also by the method of difference quotients. Measurements of the momentan acceleration are not useful as a result of the considerable mean variation. The selection of procedures depends on the assignment of the variables, on the characteristic curves, on the number and on exactnes of the points of measurement and the reading accuracy. The lecture reports on the methodological bases of the procedures and comments the practical application on examples.
